16 bar çikolata için;
- 250 gr. bitter çikolata
- 250 gr. sütlü çikolata
- Kurutulmuş meyve parçacıkları (kayısı, üzüm, badem, yer fıstığı vb.)
- Bir parça meyve şekerlemeleri (zencefil, limon)
Yapılışı:
- Çikolataları ayrı ayrı kaplarda benmari usulü eritin.
- Kaşıkla havalandırarak soğutun.
- Sonra içlerine istediğiniz kadar kurutulmuş meyve ya da meyve şekerlemeleri atın.
- Silikon çikolata kalıplarına ya da istediğiniz kalıplara boşaltın.
- 3-4 saat soğuk bir yerde beklettikten sonra afiyetle yiyebilirisiniz
